Does Almonds Triggers Herpes Outbreaks

CHEESECAKE WITH GRAPES AND WHITE CHOCOLATE CHRISTMAS

This cake I've seen in two blogs, one is to CANECOSITAS , this blog more than it is for me my reference book, has some great recipes than very funny at the time of writing.
The one in which I saw is that of Mary Lunarillos in which it has a wonderful cakes very well developed.



Ingredients:

For a 20cm ring: 150 gr. digestive biscuit or type boiler.

60 g butter at room temperature.


For the cream cheese 300 gr . cream cheese, Philadelphia type

250 gr. mascarpone cheese

250 gr . white chocolate

250 gr . whole milk 40

gr.

sugar 2 envelopes curd

black and white grapes if you have seedless better.


For muscat wine jelly

100 gr.

water 100 gr .

sugar 120 gr . Muscat white wine

7 sheets of gelatin

I made this cake the biscuit base with a light, I like so much more done with cookies.

I am very good looking but taste was exquisite, the next time for sure the better the outcome.


For the base: Spray

cookies 5-10 speed 10 seconds progressive. Add the butter and set speed 10 seconds 5.

immediately put the grapes on the cake.
Cool in refrigerator at least an hour to curdle a little, before pouring the final layer.
We are left with muscat wine jelly.
Put in a heating sugar and water, bring to a boil over medium heat to get a light syrup.
While making the syrup, put the gelatine leaves in cold water soaking, the syrup when we turn away from heat and add the drained gelatine leaves, stirring and finally add the wine.
Let it cool slightly and pour gelatin with one tablespoon of the grapes.
With this part must have some care, I rushed a bit and was still too thin and I went quite around edges of pan.
For that reason, I remain rather low.
is allowed to set and put in the fridge, best to eat from one day to another.
